About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our Property and Projects Department, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of leases, licenses, and agreements, including the disposal of Council properties and road reserves.

As the first point of contact for Council land and property matters, you will respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, set up meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. You will also prepare quarterly and annual budgets with the Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Council's portfolio of leases, licenses, and agreements
  • Disposing of Council properties and road reserves
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting up meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Preparing quarterly and annual budgets

Requirements:

  • Extensive property management experience
  • Experience working for Local Council (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in property sales and leasing, arranging valuations and conveyancing
  • Experience in inviting tenders for leases & licenses for Council property
