Key Responsibilities:- Make informed decisions regarding the management of claims within delegated limits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate workers compensation documents.
- Develop and implement effective Injury Management Plans.
- Ensure regular and systematic communication with workers compensation claimants to ensure effective injury management and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate workers compensation records, including file notes and calculations.
- Manage workers compensation related databases and systems.
- Evaluate and process Workers Compensation invoices.
- Prepare and report on Workers Compensation statistical information.
- Allied health background.
- RTW Coordinator accreditation and/or experience.
- Previous experience using SolvInjury.
- Qualifications in workers compensation claims management and/or injury management functions.
