Job Title: Fleet Availability Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a Fleet Availability Coordinator.

As the primary point of contact for customer requirements, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and managing fleet availability on a daily basis.

  • Ensuring superior customer service is achieved through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitoring, tracking and organizing fleet availability on a daily basis, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Completing all pre and post-rental procedures to ensure seamless transactions and minimize downtime.
  • Inspecting returned vehicles and completing necessary reports to identify any issues or concerns.
  • Liaising with regional managers and national sales team members for major customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn, understand and effectively promote products and services.
  • Sound computer literacy skills to navigate various software systems and applications.
  • License to drive manual vehicles (C class) and a clean driving record.
