Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality personal care assistance and domestic support to clients in their own homes.

The role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, transport, respite, and social support. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, delivering tailored care solutions that promote independence and well-being.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and family members, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or equivalent).
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID011/ HLTAID003.
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Working With Vulnerable People card.
  • Reliable transport and a current driver's license.
  • Reliable smartphone compatible with AlayaCare App for roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+).
