**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As an In-Home Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older members of our community.

Your day will include:

  • Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers have a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to enhance our customers' dignity and well-being.
  • Managing medication and assisting with mobility and therapy goals to promote recovery and independence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle for travel purposes.
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
