**Job Role Overview**
The role of a Care Support Specialist is to provide essential services to our aged care clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering a range of support services including:
- General housekeeping and personal care assistance
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe living environment
- Assistance with daily activities such as bathing and dressing
- Providing emotional support and companionship
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III or higher qualification in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience working in a similar capacity, preferably with seniors or people with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of manual handling procedures and safety protocols
