Project Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating design efforts, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle procurement, contract management, and quality assurance to ensure project compliance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
  • Client Delight: Foster exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years of industry experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Education: A degree in building, engineering, or project management is highly desirable.
  • Independence: Demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
