Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to provide holistic care and support to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with ADF members, medical specialists, and other treatment providers to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services and facilitate seamless transitions between healthcare services.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure effective communication and case management
  • Work across various settings, including ADF bases, client sites, and remote locations, to provide accessible and equitable support

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current unrestricted registration with relevant professional associations
  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Exceptional clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives
