Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction for the frontend platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Architecture Design: Design scalable frontend systems that meet the needs of millions of users, leveraging expertise in component libraries, state management, and frontend build tools.
  • Engineering Mentoring: Mentor engineers across squads to help grow a world-class engineering culture, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and platform teams to drive standards for accessibility, testing, observability, and developer experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack roles, with deep expertise in React and Node.js.
  • Experience leading large technical initiatives in high-growth teams.
  • A track record of designing scalable frontend systems and simplifying complexity.
  • Fluency in component libraries, state management, and frontend build tools.
