Frontend Platform Technical Lead

We're looking for a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of our foundational frontend architecture across various products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team that builds and maintains the core client infrastructure, including the design system, shared UI components, performance tooling, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the technical strategy for the frontend platform
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive developer productivity and velocity
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients
  • Champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and growth within the team
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering management, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
