Frontend Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Frontend Engineering expert to spearhead our frontend architecture and deliver exceptional user experiences for a cutting-edge platform.

  • Own frontend development, focusing on scalability, performance, and best practices.
  • Drive architectural decisions around frameworks, libraries, and component-driven development.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting coding standards and excellence.
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces.
  • Evaluate and improve frontend infrastructure, ensuring seamless user interactions.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years' experience in frontend engineering, preferably with leadership or mentorship exposure.
  • Extensive expertise in building complex frontends using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Next.js).
  • Knowledge of micro-frontends, AWS services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks, state management, and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a collaborative environment.
