Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of National Course Advisor at Navitas. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of our education recruitment efforts.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience, with additional income through commission.

Job Description:

As a National Course Advisor, you will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling domestic students into various courses and programs offered by our colleges. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospective students via telephone, providing them with relevant course information, and establishing service-oriented relationships that drive increased enrolments and achieve campus and individual targets.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND PROVIDING COURSE INFORMATION: Building rapport and communicating effectively with prospective students to ensure enrolment targets and service metrics are met.
  • MANAGING PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS: Managing and nurturing all prospective students, enrolments, and ensuring compliance measures are met.
  • COURSE INFORMATION AND MARKET ANALYSIS: Providing detailed and accurate course, career, and market information to students pertaining to the business unit, brand, or campus and the associated industry.
  • ISSUE RESOLUTION: Ensuring prospective students' issues and concerns are resolved within Service Level Agreements.
  • SALSA PERFORMANCE REPORTING: Preparing reports to reflect sales performance and providing insightful suggestions to further grow the business while ensuring expected sales and growth targets are met.
  • Sales System Management: Maintaining and ensuring all sales systems, i.e., sales CRM, are updated with accurate data.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing feedback and resolving customer queries within service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • EDUCATION RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE: Experience within a sales environment with demonstrated proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, preferably within the education sector.
  • SERVICE SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT: Experience with sales and service systems, i.e., Salesforce CRM.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED: Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • TIMEMANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS: Ability to handle competing priorities, communicate progress, and manage stakeholders expectations.
