Salary

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly committed Early Education Professional to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Soldiers Hill. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of young minds. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to design and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the needs of children from birth to five years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote learning and development;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent;
  • A current Working with Children's Check;
  • A strong commitment to early childhood education and care;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
