Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Officer to join our Workforce Management Team. As a Mobilisation Officer, you will play a critical role in coordinating shutdown staffing rosters and mobilisation for our pool of over 2,000 workforce employees to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with various sites to ensure operational requirements are met
- Utilise excellent communication skills to foster communication between site teams and the mobilisation rostering team
- Work collaboratively with the Workforce Management Team to coordinate shutdown staffing rosters and mobilisation
- Ensure crew retention and provide excellent customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years' experience in project support, mobilisation, or recruitment administration

- Strong time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
