Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our operations in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of multiple industrial sites, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services. A trade background or project management experience is highly desirable, as well as proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers
  • Ensure efficient, sustainable and cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment
  • Perform regular building inspections and document findings

The Facilities Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and will work closely with our team to achieve this goal.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management or Operations
  • Sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services
  • Trade background or project management experience
  • Proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments
