A highly regarded national contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Adelaide operations. With a strong and ongoing pipeline of industrial projects valued between $5m-$30m, this role offers the chance to deliver complex and rewarding builds while being supported by an experienced and dedicated project team.

The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects across the industrial sector. You'll have the backing of a skilled and collaborative project team, giving you the support and resources to succeed.

What you'll be doing:

Leading daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

Delivering industrial projects across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing

Driving projects to meet program, budget, and quality outcomes

Upholding safety and compliance standards across the site

Working closely with an experienced project team to resolve challenges and deliver results

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry

Track record delivering industrial projects $5m-$30m in value

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality

Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred but not essential)
