Operations Manager

As a skilled Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple industrial sites across Adelaide. Working directly for one of our key clients – ESR Group, you will oversee the management of services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers, including fire safety systems, mechanical services, and landscaping.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated experience in facilities management or operations, with a sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services. A trade background, project management experience, or degree in facilities management is highly desirable.
You will also need strong time management skills and the flexibility to work autonomously across different sites. A valid driver's license and car are essential for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in facilities management or operations
- Sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services (fire, mech, plumbing)
- Trade background, project management experience, or degree in facilities management
