A highly regarded contractor is seeking a seasoned Industrial Operations Manager to join their Adelaide operations.

The Opportunity

As Industrial Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality industrial projects across the sector. You'll have the backing of a skilled and collaborative project team, giving you the support and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

Delivering industrial projects across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing

Driving projects to meet program and quality outcomes

Upholding safety and compliance standards across the site

Working closely with an experienced project team to resolve challenges and deliver results

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Operations Manager within the construction industry

Track record delivering industrial projects valued between $5m-$30m

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality

Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred but not essential)
