We are seeking a strategic thinker to drive commercial performance and deliver financial outcomes.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that enhance leasing performance and commercialization income. Your focus will be on providing insightful analysis and metrics to support executive decision-making.

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring submissions accurately reflect challenging yet realistic forecasts. You will also introduce forward-looking reports applicable to leasing, providing key insights and recommendations to drive improved financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing robust challenge and influencing the delivery of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes for leasing across the portfolio
  • Introducing forward-looking executive reports applicable to leasing

To succeed in this role, you will need strong commercial acumen, budgeting and forecasting experience, and relationship building and stakeholder management skills. A fully qualified accountant with PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and previous business partnering experience is essential.
