Job Overview

The Enterprise Digital Delivery Branch is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide executive support to the Assistant Commissioner. This role involves ensuring efficient branch functioning, managing tasks, and coordinating across sections.

This position requires strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive support, managing tasks, and coordinating across sections.

During electoral events, this role may require irregular hours onsite. To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional organisational skills, including calendar management and task prioritisation.
  • Sound judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly organised coordination and administrative support.
  • Well-developed computer and telephony skills, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
