The Digital Support Officer will work under general direction to provide administrative support and advice for the department's Lumi learning management system, eLearning, and other digital learning solutions. The role may also involve some general hardware/software technical support and troubleshooting to DAC staff and across DAC training facilities as required.

As a Digital Support Officer, you will:

- Assist with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Help manage the LTS Helpdesk including monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to support requests.
- Provide technical administrator support and advice to both business areas and general users of the department's learning management system.
- Support the other priorities and deliverables of the team and DAC more broadly.

**Australian Citizen - Must have Negative Vetting Level 1**

**Working arrangements**:
Flexible - can be negotiated.

**Essential criteria**:

- Experience operating a learning management system or providing system administration duties
- Experience assisting with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions
- Helpdesk experience, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to support requests
- Well-developed written communication skills and experience in communications roles, including in content creation, internet publishing, multimedia, and social media
- Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders and working effectively as part of a team
- Experience supporting other priorities and deliverables of the team and branch more broadly

**Deisrable criteria**:

- Experience using Acorn learning management systems would be highly desirable
- Experience using learning content providers such as LinkedIn learning would be desirable
