Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in providing exceptional support and delivering seamless software solutions.

This challenging opportunity involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment, and maintaining accurate configuration data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. First- and Second-Level IT Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to end-users via phone, remote access, and in-person interactions.
  2. Desktop Deployment: Prepare and deploy desktop equipment and software according to service requests and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) standards.
  3. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and printer-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  4. Configuration Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date configuration and asset data within the CMDB to support informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
  5. Incident and Problem Management: Collaborate with the team to manage Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Configuration Management processes to deliver high-quality service and achieve business objectives.
  6. Support Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze support trends to proactively resolve recurring issues and optimize support processes.
