Our company is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
- Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
This position requires adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing industry and work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and hardware, including Windows 10-11, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Thin clients, VDI/Virtual client, Citrix client and Enterprise anti-virus solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft Office 365, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized desktop applications
