Empowering Lives: Disability Support Worker Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
This role involves providing person-centred care to clients with complex needs, empowering them to achieve their full potential and live independently.
Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualised support plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with people with disabilities. Relevant qualifications are desirable, but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our team members.
