  • Maintain precise, meaningful documentation of children's growth and achievements.
  • Lead the charge on child safety and foster positive learning outcomes for every child in care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  2. Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  3. Deep commitment to children's development and safety.
  4. Proven expertise in curriculum programming and mentorship.
  5. Strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early education.
  6. First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  7. Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting.
  8. Australian working rights.
