About the Role

The ARF/RhD Clinical Nurse will play a crucial role in supporting Congress to enhance its workforce capacity and implement culturally responsive, evidence-based strategies for ARF and RHD management. This position will be responsible for embedding standardized processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination for individuals living with RhD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ARF/RHD management plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and data for quality improvement purposes
