Strategic Growth Marketing Leader, Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at MYOB Flare. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and increasing conversion rates for our range of financial services and products.

Job Description:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality enquiries across a range of financial services and products from our engaged network of employees.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and optimise the entire lead-to-sale funnel in collaboration with marketplace partners to ensure high conversion rates and seamless customer experience.
  • Partnerships Management: Work closely with external partners to ensure that our products and services are effectively marketed and sold through their platforms, driving improvements in the conversion of leads to customers.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with core responsibility for commercial growth outcomes. They will also possess a strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and app marketing.

Requirements:
  • A highly technical operator with the ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in funnel optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
