We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Program Coordinator to lead our Swim School team at Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality aquatic programs for children and adults
  • Manage and lead a team of swim instructors and program staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication with members, parents, and community groups
Requirements
  • A passion for swimming and education
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Knowledge of budget management and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification
