We are seeking a passionate and engaging Learn to Swim Instructor to join our team at the Sydney Gymnastic & Aquatic Centre at West HQ.

About the Role

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating the community on the importance of gaining swimming and water safety skills. You will deliver high-quality programs for all students, providing excellent customer service and enthusiasm about teaching swimming and water safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver swimming and water safety programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification.
  • NSW Working with Children Check (for 18+ years).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics (desirable).
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes (desirable).
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Access & Inclusion (desirable).
  • AUSTSIWM Teacher of Adults (desirable).
  • Pool Lifeguard Certificate (desirable).
