Chief Explosive Devices Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Explosive Ordnance Engineer to deliver innovative solutions to complex Defence munitions challenges.
This role requires the ability to manage and address risk related to explosive ordnance integration and certification, as well as prepare contract changes, technical documentation, schedules and other project material.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience as an EO Engineer and in-depth knowledge of the integration requirements within support elements and between EO and other technical logistics disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop weapon plans for Maritime and Munitions capabilities in accordance with policy, guidance and best practice.
- Plan, prepare and develop weapon integration activities, schedules and plans for platforms, including technical risk, dependencies, schedule, cost and Fundamental Inputs to Capability elements.
- Support, coordinate and inform financial management, risk management, reporting on a monthly basis, strategic support and management of data requests.
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
