About the Role

BMD Constructions is experiencing significant growth in NSW and ACT, with a robust pipeline of projects in hand. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure and urban development projects. With access to industry-leading systems and software tools, you will collaborate with pre-contract teams to deliver exceptional winning bids across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Estimate costs for civil infrastructure and urban development projects
  2. Collaborate with pre-contract teams to develop winning bids
  3. Utilize industry-leading systems and software tools to streamline estimating processes
  4. Develop subcontractor work packages and review estimates
  5. Contribute to the development of company-wide estimating strategies and best practices
Requirements
  1. 5+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
  2. A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
  3. First principle estimating experience
  4. Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
  5. Exposure to Expert Estimation is desirable
  6. Civil Engineering degree is desirable
