We are seeking a Medical Practitioner to serve residents in Aged Care facilities.

About the Role

  • You will be supported by a nurse, geriatrician, and physician, along with administrative assistance.
  • Your day will include patient consultations and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients in Aged Care facilities on a regular basis.
  • Conduct comprehensive health reviews to monitor patient well-being.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration as a General or Specialist Practitioner without conditions.
  • Availability for at least one day per week, with potential for increased hours.
  • Experience with system-based reporting and various software preferred.
