Finance Manager, AWS Public Sector Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our AWS Public Sector Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and optimizing investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Australia and New Zealand Public Sector Sales Organization to manage and optimize investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Finance leaders to build financial plans and analyze large-scale investment opportunities.
- Develop new go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Play a key role in running the day-to-day business and driving strategic growth for the future.
- 8+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
- 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel.
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
- 6+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members.
