Clinical Leadership Expert in Child and Family Health Nursing

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader to make a meaningful impact in the Child and Family Health Nursing sector.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to a team of clinicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance patient outcomes and service quality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical standards and guidelines
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members to ensure their growth and development
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience in Child and Family Health Nursing
- Approved postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to CFHN or equivalent qualifications/experience
- Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1/P2)
