We are looking for a Senior Organic Growth Manager to lead and elevate OMG's SEO strategy and performance across key markets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing organic search strategies that drive measurable traffic growth, improve search visibility, and contribute directly to OMG's business success.

As an Senior Organic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Own and drive OMG's SEO strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage SEO performance reporting, and on-page and off-page optimisation initiatives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Work with the content team to provide strategic oversight to organic content marketing efforts
• Increase organic visibility and rankings
• Ensure delivery and publishing of high-performing organic content
• Strong cross-functional alignment to ensure organic brand growth
• Delivery of measurable growth across multiple websites in international markets

Requirements:

• 7+ years digital marketing experience and strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Proven ability to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and develop solutions.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and present reports.
• Experience in content strategy and creation- strong understanding of how to create engaging and optimized content.
• Experience in link building and outreach: Ability to build high-quality backlinks and establish online authority
