About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with residence mobility needs, supporting at mealtimes as required, encouraging engagement in various social activities, and providing assistance with personal care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with meal times, including preparing meals and snacks
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
  • Certificate III Individual Support or similar qualifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
