About the Role:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Cleaning and maintaining the living area
  • Engaging in recreational activities and promoting resident participation
  • Working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure effective team management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in aged care or a similar field is highly regarded
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties associated with the role
