Your Role As A Childcare Professional
  • Nurture little learners through engaging experiences and meaningful connections.
  • Create stimulating environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
  • Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day.
  • Communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with families.
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A warm, professional presence and genuine passion for childcare.
  • Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns, with the ability to cover unexpected leave at short notice.
  • Two professional references required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare setting.
