Senior Research Scientist, Multilingual NLP Specialist

Responsibilities- Design and implement algorithms for model training and prediction in multilingual settings.
- Manage and execute experiments on Google's cloud infrastructure.
- Communicate research findings through technical reports, design documents, and publications.
- Lead research initiatives and propose new ideas for the team.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code in Python using JAX and PAX.
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in NLP, NLU, Machine Learning, LLMs, or a related field.
- Established track record of publishing research in top forums (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL).
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++).
- Experience in innovative research and development.
- Strong research team collaboration and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Excellent coding skills and experience with JAX and PAX.
