Multicultural Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and deliver focused clinical therapy to young people aged 12-25 in a primary care setting.
- Deliver individual and group counselling services to clients
- Develop and implement evidence-based group programs
- Coordinate client care and liaise with stakeholders
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
- Contribute to the development of professional skills and knowledge
A key focus of this role is enhancing cultural capability through culturally safe practices and supporting project work that improves inclusivity and stakeholder collaboration.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment, providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and/or other evidence-based therapies to young people aged 12-25 with mental health disorders
- Relevant experience in youth mental health, particularly working with young people from multicultural backgrounds
- Hold current qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing, with membership to associated professional bodies
- Hold a valid Driver's Licence
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance
