Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our HR department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional support to internal stakeholders and assisting in delivering objectives aligned with our overall strategy.

The role works closely with the Senior Human Resources Team to provide entry-level professional support and assist in delivering objectives in line with our overarching strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new starters.
  • Talent Management: Supporting the development of a talent management strategy in collaboration with senior HRBP's, focusing on identifying and developing future leaders within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Supporting managers with forecasting, employee transfers, and new hire onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our organizational culture.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.

You will have experience working in a Human Resources Advisor role previously, with a passion for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. You will also possess a relevant tertiary degree in HR or equivalent.
