Card Services Professional

This role is responsible for fulfilling smart card requests received from service centres and web channels.
The incumbent receives order requests, processes card orders as appropriate - including personalising and initialising cards as necessary, maintains customer records, dispatches cards to customers and provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process card orders in a timely manner
- Initialise and distribute card stock
- Process card returns and refund requests efficiently
- Produce and maintain reports as required
- Maintain accurate card inventory records to ensure card stock levels are sufficient
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport / ticketing / payment card industry
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computing skills including ability to quickly learn new front-end systems
Candidate must be able to work effectively in a small team environment, possess strong administration and organisational skills, and consistently follow procedures with attention to detail.
