
Card Fraud Payment Disputes Officer

This role is a 12 month contract
As the Card Fraud Officer, you will play an integral part in the investigation and response to Card Fraud impacting our customers. Reporting to the Financial Crime Manager, Fraud you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team who have a genuine passion for helping our customers and the business with card fraud events.
You'll make an impact by:
- Reviewing and investigating card dispute cases;
- Manage Visa and Mastercard dispute cases to achieve the best result for our customers;
- Responding to email and phone enquiries regarding new and ongoing disputes;
- Maintaining records to meet reporting obligations
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry;
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfortable in making/taking phone calls for card fraud disputes;
