Paediatric Occupational Therapist Opportunity

The Eye Collective is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our clinic as an Independent Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will deliver paediatric OT services with a strong focus on vision and visual processing.

The Eye Collective is a renowned behavioural optometry clinic specialising in paediatrics. With decades of experience supporting children and families through vision therapy, myopia control, and holistic eyecare, we have built a strong reputation for excellence.

Job Description:

Deliver paediatric OT services with a strong focus on vision and visual processing. Work from a dedicated therapy space within our clinic, supported by our reception team for bookings and payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience; NDIS registration (essential); passion for visual processing and functional vision; open-minded, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based practice.

Independent Contractor Arrangement:

Percentage fee split, no overheads. Approximately 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) with the ability to flex up or down based on patient demand.
