
Effective Healthcare Scheduling Specialist

This role is focused on the efficient allocation of healthcare professionals to meet client demands. Your primary responsibility will be to utilise our portfolio of health care professionals to satisfy client requests for temporary staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling temporary staff in line with customer requests and preferences.
- Recording of scheduled shifts in the scheduling system.
- Ensuring that the scheduling of staff members is logically sound and represents an efficient and effective use of staffing resources.
- Attending to day-to-day rescheduling requests to cover unplanned changes in staff availability, including sick leave and personal leave.
- Ensuring appropriate compatibility of staff with clients and service users with consideration given to skills and lifestyle preferences.
The role works a rotating roster that includes early, middle, and late days. The successful candidate will ensure that all client requests are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
Essential Requirements- Previous experience in a scheduling capacity or within a comparable role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent administration skills built on a keen eye for details.
- Taking pride in being a constructive, supportive member of the team.
- A high level of computer literacy and proficiency with systems.
