ClearCompany seeks a driven Business Development/Broker Success Manager to join their team.
In this position, you will target an audience of Brokers and Aggregators, cultivating meaningful relationships while promoting market-leading lending solutions.
- Expand the broker partner network by onboarding new brokers and partners
- Manage existing Brokers and Aggregator relationships
- Attend various industry events and awards nights
- Educate broker partners about products
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Has an existing broker network along with Aggregator and industry relationships
- Experience working with a lender (bank or non-bank) in a similar BDM role
- Strong product and credit understanding
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team
- Highly motivated with excellent time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed presentation, prospecting, workshopping, and influencing skills
