We currently have an exciting opportunity as our Manager - Strategic Asset Management.
In this role, you will lead Assets and Sustainability programs across BHI.
This is not your run of the mill facilities asset role, this is an exciting multi-faceted opportunity to make a significant contribution to our dynamic new future.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at our Box Hill Campus.
In this role, you will: Develop and implement BHI's Asset Management strategies and embed these strategies into our ways of working Drive the implementation and ongoing operation of the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) across BHI.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies, in line with best practice About you: Your values align to ours.

Be a Certified Asset Manager via Asset Management Council or IPWEA, including working to the requirements of ISO 55001 Asset Management Systems or equivalent such as AMAF is essential.
Considerable experience and knowledge in strategic Asset Management, and working knowledge with the implementation of an Asset Information Management System.
Tertiary qualified in Asset Management, Engineering or associated discipline and considerable experience in a similar role, including experience uplifting organisational capability and building strategic initiatives.
Experience uplifting organisational capability through the development of strategy, policy and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
Have experience in end-to-end project management including scoping, implementation and transition.
You're comfortable working with complexity, anticipating and resolving both strategic and operational issues.
Have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all mediums.
