Sales and Market Strategist

The role of Marketing and Sales Leader is to oversee the Excitation Business in Australia and New Zealand. This position will report to the Sub Regional Manager - Asia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Database accuracy and update management for ABB EXC Install Base
- Identifying business opportunities in excitation and supporting local units in prioritizing target sites
- Maintaining market penetration through generator IB analysis and leveraging existing ABB Automation IB as a value-add
- Driving sales improvement through special initiatives, attending rollout meetings, and organizing internal meetings
- Monitoring the overall sales pipeline with periodic reports and identifying outside business
- Participating in sales calls and supporting local units in the sales process, including technical solutions and market pricing
- Staying updated on new initiatives, rules, and reporting methodologies through webinars
This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across allocated regions.
A suitable candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical or power electronics, or equivalent experience, along with at least 5 years of marketing and sales experience.
