Leading a Team of Dedicated Professionals
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our academy and lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to educators, striving for excellence in maintaining strong professional relationships with one another. A key aspect of this role will be creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of young children.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality cycles of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in their room. This will involve maintaining positive working relationships with all team members and ensuring a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent). You will also require unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia and previous experience as a Room Leader is advantageous.
A strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential, as well as outstanding levels of verbal and written communication, strong computer skills, and a current Working with Children Check.
