**Barista In charge**

Ramsay Clinic Northside is seeking an experienced Barista - In charge to facilitate the daily running of our café. Permanent Fulltime role available.

**About the Role**
- Set-up and coordination of the day-to-day operation of the café.
- Providing a service to hospital employees and onsite visitors.
- Barista and creative cooking skills required.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection control, food safety and allergen management.
- Offering high standards of customer service and quality of service to customers and visitors.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will have a high attention to detail and work effectively in a team or independently as required, within a fast-paced environment. Your ability to prioritise tasks effectively will assist you with your excellent time management skills.

You will also bring;
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is essential
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Proven experience in stock rotation
- Balancing of takings and banking
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)
- Previous in charge experience (highly desirable )

**How to apply**
